Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy: A reimbursement may be issued within 14 days of purchase. 

The returned item must be in resalable condition, unopened and undamaged packaging. If an order is sent due to an error acknowledgment, such as an incorrect or defective item, a shipping label may be provided on our behalf. 

How to return an item? Email us with your order # and the item you wish to return, along with your reason for the return. A representative will contact you with the shipping details. 

When should you receive a refund? Once the item is received and inspected by our facility, please allow 5-7 business days to see a refund processed on your end. If you do not see a refund after 5 business days, please contact us immediately.
